Process
From your old site to a live one, in a week.
No discovery workshop. No 30-page proposal. Four steps.
- 01
We look at your current site
We pull it up on a phone the way your customer does. We note the load time, whether the number is tappable, whether the cities you serve are listed anywhere, and what a stranger would think in five seconds. This costs you nothing and takes no meeting.
- 02
You get a short note and a mock
A plain email — three or four lines on what's hurting you — and a picture of what your homepage would look like rebuilt. Real copy, your services, your city names. If it's not for you, delete the email. No follow-up sequence.
- 03
You say yes, 50% down
$325 to start. We ask for your photos, the phone that should ring, and your service cities. If you have a logo we use it. If you don't, we set your name in clean type and move on.
- 04
Live this week, then $99/mo
You review it, we fix what you flag, and it goes live on your domain. Balance due at launch. From there the $99 covers hosting, SSL, backups, and about 30 minutes of edits a month.
What we need from you
- Your logo, if you have one. If not, that's fine.
- 6–12 job-site photos from your phone. Real work beats stock.
- The phone number that should actually ring.
- The cities you actually serve — not the whole state.
- 50% to start.
That's the whole list. Everything else is our problem.
Straight answers
- How fast?
- Most sites go live inside a week of getting your photos and your yes. The slow part is never us — it's waiting on the photos.
- Who writes the words?
- We do. We write it from your services, your cities, and a ten-minute phone call if you want one. You get to change anything before launch.
- What if I hate it?
- Tell us and we redo it. The first build includes a full revision round. If we still miss after that, we refund the deposit and part on good terms.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You cancel any time after the first 30 days. We hand over the files and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee, no hostage situation.
- Do I own the site?
- Yes. You own the content and the site. The $99 is hosting plus edits — not rent on your own business.
- Do you do ads or SEO retainers?
- No. We build the site and keep it healthy. If you want Google Business posts and a monthly note on what changed, that's $149/mo — ask after you launch.
